AGRO Challenge saw the participation of BEDNAR as an official partner. The company arrived with a wide array of equipment, approximately 20 units both in static display and demonstration. Alongside dealers Agroresurs, Amako, NFM Agro, and Taiten Machinery Ukraine, they showcased technological solutions for soil preparation, planting, interrow cultivation, and post-harvest residue management.
The BEDNAR exhibition at AGRO Challenge was divided into four technology blocks: post-harvest and primary soil tillage, planting technology, interrow cultivation, and post-harvest residue management. Each block featured multiple models tailored to different conditions—from traditional farming practices to minimum tillage, strip-till, or no-till methods. This approach allowed farmers to evaluate not individual machines but comprehensive solutions.
One of the demonstrations was the SWIFT DISK PROFI disc cultivator designed for challenging conditions. Compared to its base model Swift, this version features a reinforced frame and increased element spacing: 140 cm between disk sections and 160 cm between disks and the coulter. These parameters ensure smooth passage and prevent clogging of the machine in wet conditions. The cultivator is equipped with aggressive twin-mounted discs, 520 or 560 mm in diameter, to prevent clogging during work on large quantities of cornstalks and sunflower stems. It operates at a depth of 4–14 cm and can be paired with tractors from 300 hp, featuring dual support wheels with integrated transport axle for even weight distribution and stability at high speed.
The planting block included five models catering to different technologies: the universal OMEGA OO 6000 FL seed drill allows single-pass sowing of primary crops while simultaneously applying fertilizers or secondary crops, with adjustable row spacing—12.5 or 16.7 cm. The wide-swath EFECTA CE 12000, with a working width of 12 m and a 6000 L pressure tank, is intended for high-productivity operations in tight agronomic schedules. MATADOR MO 6000 combines strip-till cultivation, fertilizer application, and sowing into one pass. For direct drilling into the stubble or unworked soil, the DIRECTO NO 6000 features single-disc seed coulters with a pressure of up to 300 kg and the ability to sow three crops simultaneously. The heavy-duty GIRONA GN 6000 seed drill is designed for operation in challenging field conditions and high residue loads.
The COMBO-SYSTEM, a removable dual-chamber fertilizer tank for simultaneous seed and fertilizer application, complements the planting solutions. The anker chain seed drill GIRONA GN 6000 is designed for operation in challenging field conditions with high residue loads.
For deep soil tillage, BEDNAR presented the TERRALAND TN 4000 HD9R PROFI deep-till cultivator, capable of working up to a depth of 65 cm with mechanical or hydraulic protection for tough and stony conditions. The PROFI model is equipped with a tandem disc coulter for soil levelling after passage. For strip tillage, the STRIP-MASTER EN 6000 works on the strip only, up to a depth of 15 cm, while the SWIFTERDISC XO 7500 PROFI is designed for rapid closure of large areas post-corn harvest, combining quality stubble cutting with intensive residue mixing.
For shallow tillage up to 15 cm and pre-sowing preparation in various crops, the universal VERSATILL VO 7500 PROFI cultivator features six rows of working units and a wide choice of shares and dolets. The STRIEGEL-PRO PN 9000 stubble processor with Trash Cutter is designed for uniform straw distribution post-harvest, stimulating stalk shedding and light spring tillage with minimal soil disturbance.
Lastly, the ROW-MASTER RN 6400 interrow cultivator, located at the entrance to the BEDNAR stand, attracted the interest of visitors. The machine is intended for interrow cultivation, breaking up soil
